Majoring in Industrial Engineering from University of Southern California in 1983, Emil Arifin joined PT Dani Prisma Mitra and became the Director in 1987 to continue his father’s legacy. During that time, he has learnt a lot ups and downs of business and was chosen as President Director in 2011. He is also a Commissioner to various companies under Daniprisma Group and has been active in organizational groups since college.

Majoring in Master of Science in Global Finance (MSGF), a joint program by The Hong Kong University Science and Technology, Hong Kong and New York University, Stern Business School, USA. Completed in Nov 2020 (Class 2019). S Akhmad Nurhudayat, M.Si, MSGF joined PT Dani Prisma Mitra's subsidiary, PT Sriboga Flour Mill in 2002. And from 2021 until now, he was entrusted to serve as Finance Director of PT Dani Prisma Mitra.

Majoring in Bachelor of Science Financial Service Management – Investment Concentration at Johnson & Wales University, Providence, RI. Emireza Mohammad Arifin first joined Daniprisma Holding & Investment Company as a Business Development Intern in 2008. And from 2021 until now he has been trusted as Operational Director at PT Dani Prisma Mitra.

Graduated from the Postgraduate Program (S3) in the field of Natural Resources and Environmental Management at the Bogor Agricultural University in 2004. Dr. Chairul Fajar Sofyar, when he first joined PT Dani Prisma Mitra was a director at Swissbell Hotel Kalibata from 2013 until now. And also in September 2021, he was trusted to be the President Commissioner of PT Dani Prisma Mitra. He is also a director in several subsidiaries of the Daniprisma Group and is also active in the organization.

Jimmy Muhammad Rifai Gani was exposure to more than 20 years of working experience in multinational company, national company, state owned enterprise, higher education institution, government, family business, start-up, as a founder, CEO, chairman, commissioner, advisor and consultant, which encompass numerous industries and sectors such as retail, trade, hospitality, hotel, tourism, property management, manufacturing, services, airlines, MRO, telecommunication, digital, consultancy, advisory. He joined PT Dani Prisma Mitra and became the Commisoiner in October 2021.

Majoring in Doctor Philosophy from Imperial College Science, Technology and Medicine London in 1999, DR. Poempida Hidayatullah, B.Eng (Hon), PhD, DIC joined PT Dani Prisma Mitra and became Commissioner. He was once a member of the DPR MPR Commission IX to the Rector at Universitas Kebangsaan.
